Our cancellation/refund policy is simple: Cancel within 14 days of your payment(s) = FULL REFUND Cancel within the 15th – 30th day of your payment(s) = 50% REFUND Cancel after 30th day of your payment(s) = NO REFUND
Please Note: Your refund timeline is calculated based on your first payment. For example: Lillian pays her deposit on June 15th. She then pays $499 on July 15th and $449 on August 15th towards her payment plan. On August 1st, she is notified she has to work the very dates of the trip and now needs to cancel. Lillian had up to 30 days from her first payment, July 15th, to receive a full or partial refund. Since it is now after the 30 day mark, Lillian is not entitled to a refund.
What can she do? Lillian may transfer her trip to someone else, this way she can recoup her investment.
That’s okay. Go ahead and reserve your spot. If your friend decides to come along, we will do our best to put you two in the same room. However, if your friend decides not to attend, we will select someone to roomshare with you.
Yes. Although we know you’re probably disappointed you can’t make it, we want to make this process easy for you. If you are cancelling after 30 days of your payment(s), you are permitted to give your reservation to another deserving woman who will take over your payments. Please email us immediately so we can transfer the reservation and inform her of her balance and due dates.
